Data we process
If you contact Brevity by email or via the contact form, we process the information you provide, for example name, company, email address, workflow description, sources, timeline and message.
The calculator runs client-side. Values are only sent to Brevity if you actively submit an estimate.
When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data may be generated, for example IP address, time, URL, browser/device information and server logs.

Purposes of processing
Brevity processes personal data to answer requests, prepare conversations, assess workshops or pilot projects, operate the website securely and document its business operations.
When a project starts, data access, sources, providers, permissions and approvals are clarified separately before integrations or AI workflows are implemented.

Cookies and optional services
Necessary settings may be stored locally in the browser. Optional analytics, marketing or tracking services should only load after the corresponding consent has been given.

Brevity does not sell personal data. Technical service providers may be used for website operation, email, project work or AI implementations.
Personal data is retained only for as long as required for the relevant purpose, communication, legal obligations or legitimate documentation interests.
