FAQ
Clear answers. Clear next step.
The questions that come up most before a first project: AI workflows, robotics, web design, data and pricing.
Start
Working with Brevity
What Brevity takes on and how a project begins.
01.01What does Brevity actually do?
We clarify your need, compare sensible options and get you to the next solid step: workshop, AI pilot, hardware request or quote.
01.02What is the best way to approach you?
With a real problem. For example recurring emails, quotes, document checks, support, daily planning or a concrete robotics need.
01.03What happens after a request?
We look at goal, environment, budget range, data access and timeline. Then we propose the most useful next step, usually within one or two business days.
01.04Does Brevity fit smaller companies?
Yes, particularly so. A small recurring process or a clear hardware need is a better start than a big, vague AI project.
AI
AI workflows
AI pays off when the process, sources and responsibility are clear.
02.01Which processes are a good fit for AI?
Recurring work with a lot of context: email triage, ticket preparation, document checks, quote preparation, follow-ups or internal research.
02.02Is this just a chatbot?
No. Chat can be one interface. The value sits in your sources, roles, approvals and a workflow that delivers finished, checkable work.
02.03Can the AI act on its own?
For suitable steps, yes: sorting, summarising, preparing drafts. Anything that carries risk waits for your approval.
02.04Does it work with our existing tools?
Usually yes. We connect email, calendar, documents, CRM, spreadsheets, ticketing and internal sources where access and value make sense.
Hardware
Robotics & Hardware
Sourcing, installation and service for high-end systems.
03.01Can I buy robotics through Brevity?
Yes. We help with robots, drones, edge-AI compute and accessories: clarifying the need, contacting suppliers, organising import and preparing the quote.
03.02Does Brevity also install and repair?
Yes. Installation, commissioning, repair and service are part of the offering. You keep one contact, even after the purchase.
03.03Are the catalog prices binding?
No, they are indicative ranges. A binding quote needs availability, currency, import, VAT, accessories and setup.
03.04How do I find the right system?
Tell us the site, the task, the environment and the budget range. We turn that into two or three suitable candidates and a concrete request.
Web
Web design
Websites, landing pages and internal tools, built properly and maintained.
04.01What does a website cost at Brevity?
It depends on scope and content, which is why there are no flat prices here. After the first conversation you get an honest quote with a clear scope. And when something is not needed, we say so.
04.02How long until the site is live?
A landing page goes live in days, a company website in a few weeks depending on content. You see a clickable draft in the browser early and decide on that basis.
04.03Do you also run the site after launch?
Yes. Hosting, security, updates and changes stay with us if you want. You tell us what should change, we apply it.
04.04Can you take over our existing website?
Usually yes. We look at the current state, content and technology and tell you honestly whether a rebuild pays off or a fresh start is faster and cheaper.
Security
Data and responsibility
AI needs context, not unlimited access.
05.01What data do you need from us?
Only what belongs to the case: examples, rules, sources and typical exceptions. Access is limited and agreed before any integration.
05.02Who sees our documents and client data?
We settle that together before the setup. Not every integration or model needs all data; roles and approvals are part of the project.
05.03Is a local or hybrid setup possible?
Yes. Depending on risk, cost and latency we combine cloud, local or hybrid components. The architecture follows your case, not the other way round.
05.04Who is responsible if the AI makes a mistake?
Responsibility stays with people. Roles, approvals, logs and escalation are planned so it is always clear who reviews and what may run automatically.
Cost
Price, pilot and pace
A good start is small enough to test and concrete enough to decide.
06.01How is the price set?
By scope: goal, data access, integrations, risk and support. A pilot has a fixed scope, so you know the number before we start.
06.02Is the workflow calculator the Brevity price?
No. The calculator estimates what the manual effort of a process costs today. It helps you judge whether a pilot could pay off.
06.03How fast do we see a first result?
When process, examples and access are clear, a first checkable step takes weeks, not months. Integrations and approvals set the pace.
06.04Do you guarantee savings?
No. A serious pilot shows potential and limits with real numbers. Then you decide whether expanding is worth it.
Collaboration
Workshop and beyond
From the first session to ongoing collaboration.
07.01What is the workshop for?
It turns an idea into a plan you can decide on: goal, data, risk, owners, budget range and the next step.
07.02Do we receive documentation?
Yes. Results, tasks and next steps are prepared so that your team and leadership can continue working right away.
07.03What is the login for?
Clients find their projects, documents, learning content and support tickets in one place. Access is set up when a project starts.
07.04Is there a certificate?
Yes, a completed workshop or learning path ends with a Brevity Certificate of Completion. It is not a government accreditation.
Your question was not here?
Write us two or three sentences about your case. You will get an honest assessment of whether it should become a workshop, a pilot, sourcing or a quote.
