If you contact Brevity by email, form or prepared mailto link, we process the information you provide, for example name, company, email address, workflow description, sources, timeline and message.

The Workflow Value Calculator runs client-side. Values are shown on the website and are only sent to Brevity if you actively submit an estimate.

When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data may be generated, for example IP address, time, URL, browser/device information and server logs. This data is used for operation, security and error analysis.

Brevity processes personal data to answer requests, prepare conversations, assess workshops or pilot projects, operate the website securely and document its business operations.

When a project starts, data access, sources, providers, permissions and approvals are clarified separately before integrations or AI workflows are implemented.

The website currently does not load non-essential statistics, marketing or tracking scripts. If such services are introduced later, they should only load after the corresponding consent has been given.
