Questions about automation
What makes a good first automation?
A task that repeats the same way every week: recording receipts, sorting emails, writing reports, matching data between programs. We start small, with a process your team knows well.
Does everything then run without us?
No. Routine runs automatically, but where it matters a person approves, for example before a payment or a reply to a customer.
Does it work with our existing software?
Usually yes. We connect what you already use, such as Bexio, Abacus, Microsoft 365 or your mailbox. We check whether a connection is possible before we send the proposal.
How do we know whether it is worth it?
Our calculator estimates what a recurring task costs today in time and money. It is not our price, but it is a good basis for the first conversation.
How does working together start?
With a 30-minute conversation. You then receive a written proposal with scope, price and dates. We only start once you agree.
Do you work on site or online?
Both. We are based in Hergiswil and work across Switzerland, at your premises or online, whichever suits you better.
